Hi, I’m Zol!
I’ve been climbing since I was 15 years old. After school I studied Outdoor Recreation, and I have been guiding abseiling, canyoning and rock climbing ever since.
At High and Wild we talk about abseiling as “challenge by choice”. When I take people on the cliff for their first time, I get to see them go from feeling nervous at the start, then their excitement and sense of achievement when they conquer that challenge.
It’s a really inspiring thing to help people experience. And I’m lucky enough to be able to do it for work every day!
